- Each shift should clean up the filter valve on the parallel return circuit of water pump’s water supply pipeline.
- Each shift should inspect the operation status for each nozzle, clean the jam and replace the damaged one in time if it needs.
- The O-ring seals of back flanges is vulnerable, and it should be replaced in time if it is damaged; prevent gas leakage, otherwise, the vacuum forming capability will not be influenced.
- After changing the specification for products, the corresponding flanges and O-ring seals should be replaced accordingly, and the suspended forming sleeve should be stored in the warehouse and be vertically placed to avoid distortion and inner wall damage.
- The lifting adjusting screw and the plain bearing at the support should be greased once a week.
- Adjust the operating height of supporting wheel /riding wheel according to the product specification, and the inflexible supporting wheel/riding wheel should be replaced in time to prevent damage to surface of product. Supporting wheel/riding wheel should have effective support for different specifications (specification is 20 ~110mm).
- If the machine needs a long time stop, it is necessary to discharge the water in the water pump, vacuum pump and pipeline, and use the compressed air to dry it. Finally, instill antirust agent in the vacuum pump and water pump.
- Notice: In order to prolong the service life of vacuum pump and water pump, it is better that the cooling water is clean tap water. If the water is from underground or river, it must go through soften treatment and be filtrated.
