（1）The screw adopts a unique segmented design with different thread heads and pitches, achieving excellent mixing and plasticizing effects and efficient exhaust function; both the screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoAlA material and nitrided (depth 0.5~0.70mm), featuring high wear and corrosion resistance and long service life.

（2）Blesson’s PVC three-layer co-extrusion pipe production line is equipped with WEG permanent magnet synchronous motor + Taiwan gearbox, matched with ABB ACS-580 series inverter for speed regulation, with stable power output and precise speed adjustment.

（3）The barrel adopts an integral structure with a vacuum vent; the heating method is ceramic heater + copper fin heater, 跟 6/5 zone precise temperature control (50～300℃); the cooling system combines fan cooling and terminal oil cooling with excellent temperature control effect.

（1）The mold is equipped with a movable trolley, the central height and horizontal angle are adjustable, which can flexibly adapt to the installation and production debugging requirements of the production line, and the mold disassembly, assembly and maintenance are more convenient.

（1）Adopting a waist drum polygonal vacuum calibration structure, the double-chamber design is matched with a double water pump spray cooling system, achieving good pipe calibration effect, uniform and rapid cooling, and effectively ensuring the roundness and dimensional accuracy of pipes.

（2）Blesson’s PVC three-layer co-extrusion pipe production line is equipped with a double vacuum pump system (4kW+3kW), the vacuum degree is freely adjustable from 0 自 -0.06MPa, and matched with Inovance/ABB inverter to realize vacuum variable frequency control, which combines automatic control and energy saving effects.

（3）Blesson’s PVC three-layer co-extrusion pipe production line is equipped with an accurate automatic water temperature and level control system, the water temperature is regulated by a precision mechanical thermoregulation valve, and the water level is controlled by an electronic liquid level gauge, without frequent manual intervention and with high operational stability.

（4）The whole tank and pipeline are made of 304 不锈钢, the elbows and other pipe fittings are stainless steel welded parts, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean; the centralized drainage design is adopted, and the pipeline is equipped with a bypass pipeline filter for convenient maintenance.

（1）Adopting high-pressure spray cooling method, the 4-meter long 304 stainless steel tank has a wide cooling coverage, which can perform secondary deep cooling on pipes and further ensure the calibration quality and physical properties of pipes.

（2）Pipelines and pipe fittings are all made of stainless steel, adopting a centralized drainage system and equipped with a bypass pipeline filter with manual washing function, which effectively prevents impurities from blocking the spray nozzles and has simple maintenance operations.
