（1）Adopting a waist drum polygonal vacuum calibration structure, the double-chamber design is matched with a double water pump spray cooling system, achieving good pipe calibration effect, uniform and rapid cooling, and effectively ensuring the roundness and dimensional accuracy of pipes.

（2）Blesson’s PVC three-layer co-extrusion pipe production line is equipped with a double vacuum pump system (4kW+3kW), the vacuum degree is freely adjustable from 0 ل -0.06MPa, and matched with Inovance/ABB inverter to realize vacuum variable frequency control, which combines automatic control and energy saving effects.

（2）Pipelines and pipe fittings are all made of stainless steel, adopting a centralized drainage system and equipped with a bypass pipeline filter with manual washing function, which effectively prevents impurities from blocking the spray nozzles and has simple maintenance operations.
