It is a laminating machine specially designed for battery membrane. Bus control and six-motor synchronous laminating are applied. The laminating tension is even and no heating and solvents are used. Closed-loop control is applied to winding and unwinding tension management. The pressure sensor performs real-time detection eading to high accuracy. The membrane surface is smooth during operation, no folds are generated and combined draining is clean and rapid.2,3 or 4 layers can be laminated at a time, and a maximum of 18 layers can be laminated in total.
