It is specially designed to divide and cut battery membrane. The slitting machine models of Blesson include: gantry slitting machine and slip shaft slitting machine. The slitting methods include: straight slitting and circular slitting. Bus control is adopted, and sitting methods based on dry process and one orientation stretch, dry process and bi-orientation stretch, or wet process can be applied. Closed-loop control is applied to unwinding tension management. The motor performs active unwinding and pressure sensor performs real-time detection, leading to high accuracy. Trimotor synchronization is used for traction. Divided and cut edges are vertical and stable. The slitting tool is adjusted rapidly and accurately. Small tension (Мин:3N) is generated in winding, and no sudden change occurs. Tension can be adjusted automatically by tracking rolling diameter to describe and adjust tension curves and speed curves freely. The minimum thickness of materials can be 9um by slitting. It is featured by full servo control, high accuracy and rapid slitting. Slight swing can prevent the bars from standing out,leading to flat end face and smooth membrane surface.
