Bundling and packing:

Our automatic bundling and packing machine for pipe can pack PVC, PE, PPR and PVC profiles by counting – bundling – packing, effectively avoid the phenomenon of surface roughness caused by the pipe contact with the ground or other items.

（1）PVC pipe: Blesson has designed automatic bundling and packing machine for PVC pipes with size 16-32mm and length 2.6-4m. Customers can choose hot stamping sealing or film wrapping on PE bag two different binding methods.
（2）PPR pipe: PPR pipe is suitable for household hot water pipe, so it has high requirements on the surface of PPR pipe. Therefore, packing the pipe can effectively protect the pipe. For PPR pipe, Blesson can provide woven bag packing, using woven bag and sewing at both ends. Blesson can provide automatic bundling and packing machine for PPR pipes suitable for product sizes of 16-35mm and pipe lengths of 3-4M.
