It is specially designed to layer battery membrane. Blesson can provide the following series of delamination machines according to customers’ demands: small two delamination machines, large two delamination machines, small four delamination machines and large four delamination machines. Bus control is adopted and closed-loop control is applied to unwinding tension management. The motor performs active unreeling and pressure sensor performs real-time detection, leading to high accuracy. Independent back roll is provided. Peeling tension is controlled independently and is treated along with winding and unwinding operations at different stages, so the peeling line is stable. Top and bottom winding is operated independently, taper’s tension is controlled and different layers can be processed respectively. 结果, small and stable winding tension, fat end face and smooth membrane surface are achieved,and no scratch, no burst of bars and no folds are generated. The delamination speed can be up to 200 米/分钟.
