Недавно, the self-developed BLS-CFM MDO2750 CPE cast film production line of Guangdong Blesson Precision Machinery Co., ООО. has successfully completed full machine commissioning. This production line boasts multiple prominent advantages:
Adopting an A/B/C three-layer co-extrusion structure (Ø75 + Ø125 + Ø75 mm). The two Ø75 mm extruders for Layer A and Layer C are each equipped with precision long-life filters to effectively trap gel particles, black specks and impurities in the melt. This ensures clean and uniform melt entering the die, fundamentally eliminating film pinhole risks during stretching and improving finished product yield. The Ø125 mm main extruder for Layer B provides structural support for the core layer and allows incorporation of 20% regrind materials to cut production costs. The total output of the three extruders can exceed 450 кг/ч.
The extrusion die is fitted with an automatic electric bolt lip adjusting system. Combined with an on-line X-ray automatic thickness gauge that acquires transverse thickness distribution data in real time, closed-loop feedback is sent to the lip actuators. The thickness tolerance can be controlled within ±3%, drastically reducing manual die adjustment frequency. Тем временем, uniform transverse quality of cast web prior to stretching is guaranteed, laying a solid foundation for subsequent stable stretching.
The MDO machine direction stretching system supports a maximum stretch ratio of 8 times. It adopts a four-stage process: multi-roll preheating → rapid stretching → heat setting → cooling, with precise temperature control and independent stretch ratio adjustment. After MDO stretching, the longitudinal tensile strength of the film reaches 3–5 times that of conventional cast films. The minimum finished film thickness can be 15 мкм, featuring high transparency, great rigidity and low heat shrinkage.
The winding system adopts electrostatic splicing technology. During roll change, electrostatic adsorption firmly attaches the film to the new core without adhesive tape. It achieves high splicing success rate, effectively reducing film scrap generated during roll change and lowering raw material loss, and is especially suitable for continuous high-speed production of ultra-thin MDO films.
The whole line applies a 100% pure PE mono-resin system. The film is recyclable without lamination, fully complying with the EU 2030 regulations on recyclability of plastic packaging. It serves as an ideal eco-friendly alternative to BOPET and multi-layer laminated films, aligning with the prevailing trend of sustainable packaging.
