The filtration system of the production line is of extremely high precision. Each extruder in this production line is equipped with a candle type melt metering pump system, driven by asynchronous servo motor through a universal coupling, which can deeply remove impurities such as unmelted gel lumps, slag, and particles, comprehensively purifying the melt with precision.

Equipped with an NDC infrared ray probe thickness gauge and a high-performance power processing system, it can ensure the thickness and uniformity of the cast film.

The high-quality corona system can effectively enhance the adhesion on the film surface, facilitating customers’ subsequent printing processes for the cast film products. This advanced corona treatment technology precisely modifies the surface properties of the film, ensuring optimal ink receptivity and adhesion.

The trim edge material recovery system adopts an online design, which can crush the edge materials from four positions and recycle them online back into the middle-layer extruder.
